Get your quotation and proforma invoice (PI)
We reply with a quotation. Once you accept it, we issue a proforma invoice (PI) for your written confirmation.

Make the advance payment and we start production
Make a 30% advance payment by bank transfer (T/T) to the account in your PI; the 70% balance is due before shipment, and goods ship once full payment is received. Lead times are estimates, as stated in your PI. You can also pay in full online through our store invoice. Custom orders, including in-stock products with your logo (any decoration method): a stock product with your logo counts as a custom order, so the advance payment is non-refundable once paid, as we commit it straight away to materials, set-up and production scheduling. Stock orders with no logo or other customization: if you cancel, we refund the advance payment less the actual costs incurred. See our Refund Policy and Terms of Sale.

Frequently asked questions
Are your bottles 304 stainless steel throughout?
Not all of them. Each product page lists the material of each part. On items with a 201 stainless steel outer wall, the inner wall that holds your drink is 304 stainless steel. If you need a specific material for the outer wall, ask us before ordering.
